What is Ipsy?
Ipsy Glam Bag is a monthly makeup and beauty subscription box. Each month you receive a beauty bag and makeup products designed to fit your beauty profile. When you sign up for Ipsy, you take a beauty quiz that is used to help customize your Glam Bag. The quiz asks you about your skin tone, eye color, hair color, and what beauty brands you love. You can also select your favorite makeup, skincare, haircare, and nail care products. Your preferences are taken into account when creating your monthly Ipsy Glam Bag, Ipsy Glam Bag Plus, or Ipsy Glam Bag Ultimate. Ipsy releases spoilers for each bag and offer subscribers one choice item per bag. Subscribers also have access to add-ons - additional products you can have shipped with your Glam Bag.

Ipsy Subscription Perks
Ipsy Choice
Ipsy subscribers get to choose 1 of the products they’ll receive each month! Choice is open while supplies last so be sure to follow our Ipsy News posts so you know when to pick your item! Ipsy Choice opens towards the end of the month - typically around the 23rd. Once you pick your Choice item, the rest of your bag is built to compliment your Choice item and beauty profile.
Ipsy Add-Ons
Add-Ons are products you can purchase and have included with your monthly Glam Bag shipment. Add-Ons go live on the 2nd of each month and are available for 36 hours. You can include up to 8 in your order. Shipping is free!
You have to reveal your glam bag spoilers to gain access to Add-Ons. To access add-ons, visit ipsy.com or the Ipsy mobile app for your monthly Spoiler Alert. Once you complete the Spoiler Alert, you will see a selection of products that can be added to your bag. Select the products you’d like, confirm your order, and the products will ship with your glam bag.
The Add-Ons will be a small selection of products:
- deluxe sample size products at $3 each
- bag swag at $3 each
- full-size products ranging from $12- $18 each
Ipsy Shopper
Ipsy Shopper include Offers - daily promotions subscribers can shop any time of the month. The daily deals are available in limited quantities and help members discover beauty products from amazing brands! Ipsy Shopper includes select beauty products, IPSY-exclusive sets, Mystery Bags, and more! Ipsy members are allowed to purchase up to three of the same offer. Ipsy Shopper orders ship to the continental U.S. and shipping is free!
FYI - Ipsters who pause their memberships are able to purchase Offers.
Ipsy Points
Ipsy subscribers earn Points by participating in various activities. Points can be used to redeem Rewards - free products! Rewards are updated frequently and sell out quickly. You can claim a reward any time and you can get multiple rewards in one month. You can only redeem one of each item due to limited inventory. Any Reward you claim will be shipped with your next month’s Glam Bag.
To earn Points:
- Referrals:Earn 600 Points for each friend who signs up within 24 hours through your unique referral link.
- Product Reviews:Earn 15 Points for each product you review in your online Glam Bag.
- Full Glam Bag Review:Earn 10 Points for reviewing your entire Glam Bag experience each month.
FYI - Points expire 12 months from the date they were first earned. If you cancel your Ipsy membership, Points will still be kept for you for the full 12 months. You can redeem them if you resubscribe.
